Muralidhar P. serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Sona SPEED, bringing with him a wealth of experience in steering operations and service delivery across multiple global locations. His leadership spans diverse verticals including Strategy & Consulting, Healthcare, Product Engineering, IT Services, and more. Known for driving revenue growth and enhancing business transformation, Muralidhar excels in resource planning and operational metrics analysis. Bart Korff
General Manager
Bart Korff was born in Amsterdam on January 13, 1964, and studied Aerospace Engineering at Delft University of Technology. He began his career at Fokker Aircraft as a conceptual design engineer and moved on to contribute to several major aerospace programs, including serving as an engineer and IPT lead on the F-35 vectored nozzle at Rolls-Royce in Bristol, working on the A340 leading edge, and later as Program Director for the A380 leading edge.
He advanced to leadership roles including the Head of Costing and Proposals for the Gulfstream G7 T-tail and Embraer Phenom T-tail programs. He subsequently joined the Mitsubishi MRJ development program in Nagoya, Japan, to finally become the Business Unit CEO for Galley and Galley Equipment, overseeing production and development across five countries with headquarters in Herborn, Germany, and Huntington Beach, USA. After retiring in 2021, Bart joined Sona SPEED as General Manager to drive the startup through its initial stages of development.
Chandra Mohan Reddy
Vice President
Chandra Mohan Reddy (CMR) has over three decades of extensive experience in manufacturing operations. He previously served as Deputy COO, Manufacturing, for the Hydraulic Division at Dynamatic Technologies Ltd., where his division contributed ₹360 Crores to the company's turnover. In that role, he oversaw the production of approximately 350 variants of hydraulic pumps, with batch sizes ranging from 20 to 10,000 units per month and successfully scaled output from 32,000 units to 1,00,000 units per month. Before joining Dynamatic Technologies, he worked with Sandvik Smith, a manufacturer of mining drill bits. Prior to this, he worked with Automotive Axles Limited, a Bharat Forge group company. He is known for his hands-on leadership style, data-driven decision-making, and commitment to continuous improvement.
Chandra Mohan Reddy has joined Sona SPEED Private Limited as Vice President. CMR's expertise will be instrumental in scaling SSPL's manufacturing capabilities, particularly in special processes and machining, as the company embarks on its high-octane growth journey in aerospace and precision manufacturing.
